Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please visit our Contact Us page and complete our fillable form or email returns@feelperilla.com to request a return or exchange.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days after purchase. We will not accept any returns or exchange requests after the 30-day period. Refunds must be issued to the original credit card on file used during the purchase. A restocking fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund returns. Exchanges and store credits will not require any deduction fees.

Please note the following information on return and sale items:

• Return items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Return items that are damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
• All clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
• All indicated sale items are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Perilla. We will determine if your return items meet our return policy requirements aforementioned. We reserve the right to turn away any return requests that do not meet our return policy.
